Qiyada is a podcast that explores leadership through a human-centered, intercultural, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary lens. Its goal is to offer insights into inclusive and authentic leadership models while deconstructing limiting beliefs that shape careers and organizations. Rooted in participative research, it is based on studies conducted by Dr. Hiba RAJEHA, with the support and collaboration of Dr. Pascale PATAT-DUBOUIS, Dr. Luise FISCHER, Dr. Sascha HEIN, Dr. Joyce ROUHANA, and Ms. Melissa SAHYOUN. This podcast is funded by the Arab-German Young Academy (AGYA) and the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
Season 1 was filmed in Paris and Casablanca, featuring conversations with international leaders who bring diverse perspectives on leadership. The podcast was developed with the participation and collaboration of Ms. Aziza ABBASSI, founder of Woumnia, who contributed to its production and development.
